Adamantite arrow heads can be obtained from Smithing an adamantite bar on an anvil at level 75 Smithing. One bar produces 10 arrow heads, and gives 62.5 experience. With level 65 Fletching, they can be attached to headless arrows, creating 10 adamantite arrows for 100 experience.
