Aluft Gianne is a gnomish non-player character. He set up the Gnome Restaurant business. Talk to him to get Gianne dough and help with the activity for Gnome cooking. Hudo nearby sells the ingredients to make the items.
Aluft can be found on the 1st floor[UK] of the Grand Tree, on the northwest side near the bank.
After speaking to him, he will talk the player through how to perform the Gnome Restaurant activity. Which boils down to players making and giving him different foods.
