A bank is a place where players can deposit items for safe keeping. While in the bank, the items are safe as; unlike items held in the inventory, they will not be lost upon death. In RuneScape Classic; only one player can talk to an NPC; in this case a Banker at a time, this can make banking difficult in busier areas of the game.
It is very hard to trade because certificates were hard and long to get, however this has been changed with the "withdraw-x" option.
Unlike RuneScape 2, there is no bank at the top of Lumbridge Castle. Players must travel west to Falador or southeast to Al-Kharid
The RuneScape Classic bank is divided into 4 pages, each page can contain 48 items, in total, 192 different items can be stored in a player's bank.
