Handholds exit
The Barbarian Outpost Agility Course is one of three agility courses in RuneScape Classic. It is located within the Barbarian Outpost and requires level 35 Agility and completion of the Alfred Grimhand Bar Crawl to use. Successful completion of one lap rewards 150 Agility experience.
Players may exit the course via the pipe they used to enter the or via the handholds exit. Using the handholds grants the player 5 agility xp.

Experience rates[]
Theoretical maximum experience rate for running the full lap is 16k agility experience per hour. However, this is rarely possible at lower levels so many choose to only repeat Low wall jump for a constant 13.5k agility experience per hour.
Trivia[]
- The course is entered through a pipe that gives 5 experience. The first examine of the pipe is "I might be able to fit through this" but the second examine is confusingly just number "2"
