Bird feed is found by searching the cupboards in Jerico's house. The player uses it on the watch tower near the gate to West Ardougne and then releases a Pigeon cage to distract them.
Players get the following messages when they use the bird feed during the Biohazard quest:
"you throw a hand full of seeds onto the watch tower
the mourners do not seem to notice"
If player try and use the bird feed before or after the quest they get the standard "nothing interesting happens" message.
