Leather boots are armour worn on the feet of your character and provide a +1 armour boost. They respawn in the Lumbridge castle basement and in a house above the Al Kharad general store.
They are often worn in conjunction with the Leather gloves.
If the player has 7 crafting, Leather boots can bebe made out of soft leather, with a needle and thread in your inventory.
Another way to obtain the boots is through fishing with a big net.
