Cabbage is a food often used by newbies that heals 1 hitpoint. RuneScape has many large cabbage fields where cabbage can be taken for free. Cabbage is used for the Black Knights' Foretress quest to sabotage the invincibility potion. Note that the cabbages found in Draynor Manor temporarily increase your Defense level by 1, providing the highest defense booster for free-to-players.
