Cairn Isle is a small island located east of Shilo Village. It is featured during Shilo Village quest. Level 32 Agility is required to climb the rocks and then to jump the Bridge Blockade. It is possible to fail the obstacles.
On the isle there is only one level 13 Goblin and a level 39 Tribesman. Northwest are Well stacked rocks that can be searched during Shilo Village quest to enter Tomb of Bervirius. After the quest the dungeon will be flooded and cannot be entered.
