Gained through the thieving or cooking skill. Like all foods, you cannot eat this during combat. Cake heals 12 Hits in three bites. Cumulatlively, one Cake heals as much as a lobster. Lobsters are a better option in situations where you need to heal quickly, like when fighting agressive monsters. Cakes are most useful for healing in safer situations, like when fighting nonaggressive monsters or to heal damage taken from agility obstacles.
