A Black Cape is a basic cape with a defense bonus of 2. It is worn by several NPC's. The Black Cape may only be obtained as a drop from a Highwayman. It is sometimes referred to as the Highwayman's cape due to the fact that it is only dropped by them. There is no other source of the Black Cape in RuneScape Classic.
