Charge earth orb is an enchantment spell used to convert unpowered orbs into earth orbs. The orb is then attached to a battlestaff to create a battlestaff of earth.
The spell requires carrying the unpowered orb in your inventory and then casting the spell on the obelisk of earth, located in the Wilderness-side of the Edgeville dungeon.
