The main RuneScape Wiki has an article on: Chocolate Cake
The Old School RuneScape Wiki also has an article on Chocolate Cake.

A Chocolate Cake is food that the player can make at level 50 Cooking by using a chocolate bar with a cake. Consuming the entire cake (three clicks) will heal 15 Hits. For this reason, it is comparable to the swordfish for situations in which rapid healing is not needed, such as healing after having failed agility obstacles. Compared to the regular cake, this item heals an additional 3 hits, however cooking it provides no extra XP compared to cooking a regular cake. This item is dropped by Red Dragons in the Wilderness and is also given as a reward for completing the Gertrude's Cat quest.

The Chocolate bars needed to create this item may be obtained from the Cooks' Guild, Zanaris, or purchased from the food store in Port Sarim.
