City Guards are non-player characters who are the higher-ranking ogre guards of Gu'tanoth.
They are located at the high point of the city, after battlements and broken bridge. If player answers their riddle correctly by using Death-Rune on a guard they will hand out Skavid map for navigating skavid caves.
