Dark Warriors are a type of monster which can be found in two locations. Six are found wandering inside and outside of the Dark Warriors' Fortress located between level 11 - 15 wilderness just north west of Edgeville bank or inside of Strange Barrels. They are followers of the god Zamorak.
These monsters are the only source of the Black Mace. They are also the only source of the Medium Black Helmet other than digging one up at the digsite.
Dark Warriors were added to the game 13 August2001, and had a unique drop, the Medium black helmet which was released on the same day. Another unique drop, the Black mace was added nearly 4 months later, on 8 December 2001.
