Display tea is an item that can only be obtained by casting Telekinetic grab on it or by trading a player who has one. The tea can be found on the counter next to the Tea stall in east Varrock, and cannot be consumed.
Note that if the player does not have enough space in their inventory, after issuing the spell will make the item be on the ground and the player is unable to pick it up from there. Identically if the player had it on their inventory, then dropped it, attempting to pick it up is not possible.
