The Dragon Axe Shop in the Heroes' Guild is the only way (besides other players) to obtain dragon axes in RuneScape Classic. It is owned by Helemos, and can only be accessed after finishing the Heroes' Quest.
Unusally, it functions as a General Store, and any type of tradable item can be sold to it.
