A dragonstone amulet is a piece of jewellery which can be created by enchanting an unenchanted dragonstone amulet using the spell Enchant lvl-5 amulet.
It can be dipped into the Fountain of heros at the Heroes' Guild to create a Charged Dragonstone Amulet, which provides teleportation and a greater chance at mining gems.
