A Dramen Branch is obtained by cutting the Dramen Tree on Entrana dungeon. It's used in the Lost City quest to make the Dramen Staff. A knife is needed to craft the staff.
Upon attempting to cut the tree a Tree spirit will spawn. It however, is not aggressive till the player interacts with it. Once the Tree spirit is dead you may cut the tree to obtain the branch. You will only need to kill the Tree spirit once, after that it will not spawn again.
