East Ardougne is the eastern of the two districts that form Ardougne, the capital of Kandarin. It is likely to be one of the wealthiest cities in RuneScape Classic. Its neighbouring city, West Ardougne, governed by King Tyras, is closed off to the general public because of a plague affecting the inhabitants, but players may gain access by finishing parts of the Plague City quest. East Ardougne is most known for its wealth, zoo (run by the zoo keeper) and the thief-stricken marketplace. East Ardougne is currently governed by King Lathas.
