An Egg is an item used mainly in Cooking, for example to make cakes (in conjunction with a cake tin, a bucket of milk, and a pot of flour).
The discontinued rare item Easter egg is sometimes referred to simply as an "egg" and is not to be confused with this item
Cooks Assistant quest[]
An egg is required to complete the Cook's Assistant quest, as the cook needs it as one of the ingredients for the cake he is making.
Item spawns[]
Eggs usually respawn near most chicken coops, including Fred the Farmer's chicken coop north of Lumbridge and at the chicken coop in Entrana.
