  • Player: I'm here to help the guards with their investigation
  • Elizabeth Sinclair: What's so important you need to bother me with then?

      • Elizabeth Sinclair: I was out
      • Player: Care to be any more specific?
      • Elizabeth Sinclair: not really. I don't have to justify myself to the likes of you.
      • Elizabeth Sinclair: I know the king personally you know. Now are we finished here?

After seeking additional evidence[]

  • Player: I'm here to help the guards with their investigation

        • Elizabeth Sinclair: at this whole investigation thing are you?
      • (Player has blue thread)*
        • Elizabeth Sinclair: Looks like a Blue thread to me.
        • Elizabeth Sinclair: If you can't work that out for yourself I
        • Elizabeth Sinclair: don't hold much hope of you solving this crime
        • Player: It looks a lot like the material your trousers
        • Player: are made of doesn't it?
        • Elizabeth Sinclair: I suppose it does. So what?
    • Why did you buy poison the other day? (Option appears after speaking with Poison salesman)
      • Player: Why did you buy poison the other day?
      • Elizabeth Sinclair: there was a nest of mosquitos under the fountain
      • Elizabeth Sinclair: in the garden, which I killed with poison the other day.
      • Elizabeth Sinclair: You can see for yourself if you're capable
      • Elizabeth Sinclair: of managing that, which I somehow doubt
      • Player: I hate mosquitos
      • Elizabeth Sinclair: Doesn't everyone?

* This dialogue branch is eliminated once the player has proved that it couldn't be any of the servants with the thread. The dialogue said then is from the other branch.

After the quest[]

  • Elizabeth Sinclair: Apparently you aren't as stupid as you look
