Elizabeths fingerprint is a quest item from the Murder Mystery quest. It is obtained by using flour on Elizabeths Silver Needle and then using that on a flypaper. It is used to compare it with the Murderers fingerprint to check if Elizabeth Sinclair was the murderer.
