An Empty Water Skin is an item leftover after a player has sipped all the water from a Full Water Skin in the Kharidian desert.
To obtain a full waterskin, use jugs, buckets, or bowls of water on an Empty Water Skin to refill it, or just simply buy another Full Water Skin from the Shantay Pass Shop.
Due to desert heat no longer working properly this item is both effectively useless.
Players who want to refill their waterskin can do so be using a Knife on a Cactus.
