An Eye patch is a piece of clothing equipped on the head slot. It grants no bonuses of any kind. It can be purchased from the Fancy Clothes Store in south eastern Varrock where there is a stock of three for 2gp each.They may also be received commonly as a drop from killing level 27 pirates.
