The Family crest is the crest of Fitzharmon family, obtained during the Family Crest quest by combining three crest fragments from the Fitzharmon brothers. Handing over the crest to Dimintheis will complete the quest and reward the player with steel gauntlets and 1 Quest Point.

It is a round and yellow object with eight, small, teal circles surrounding the inside edge, and in the center is the head of a silver bird with a prominent beak.
