Grill is a piece of scenery located in the Black Knights' Fortress, in the basement of the Carnillean house, and in the Underground Pass.
Black Knights' Fortress[]
It is used during the Black Knights' Fortress quest to listen to the witch's plans.
Attempting to listen at the grill before the quest or after having heard the plans produces the message: I can't hear much right now

Plague City[]

Two grills can also be seen in the basement of the building where the kidnapped Elena is being held in West Ardougne.

Underground Pass[]

At the end of the puzzle the Lever (scenery) and cage
During the Underground Pass quest, the grills form a kind of puzzle on the ground. The solution to the puzzle is as follows:
- Row 1: 4th tile from the south
- Row 2: 3rd tile from the south
- Row 3: 3rd tile from the south
- Row 4: 2nd tile from the south
- Row 5: 1st tile from the south
Stepping on the wrong grill will cause players to fall down into a pit of spikes and take damage. Afterwards, players will crawl out of the bit and be placed at the beginning of the room.
Messages[]
Stepping onto the wrong grill:
- you step onto the metal grill
- it's a trap
- you fall onto a pit of spikes
- you crawl out of the pit
- and off the metal grill
Stepping onto the correct grill:
- you step onto the metal grill
- you tread carefully as you move forward
