Niles is a non-player character who allows players to exchange fish for certificates or exchange certificates for fish. Niles is located in the Draynor Village market along with Giles (who exchanges ore) and Miles (who exchanges bars).
Niles exchanges only two different types of fish but both raw and cooked which include:

He is similar to Seth in Brimhaven and Orven in the Fishing Guild. Raw shark and cooked shark can be exchanged for certificates in Catherby.
Exchanging fish for certificates is often done so that players can trade high amounts of fish fast and efficiently.
