Forum: Maple Grove > Lessers Weakness

Put this on the Lesser Demon's talk page, but I guess it would work better here:

Dark Behemoth made the max hit say 8(6 if weakened). Does that mean 6 if you used the spell weaken(which should only lower strength by 5%), or Silverlight weakened. Also, if it's Silverlight, has anyone checked if there is a difference with darklight? RSC King Kristof (talk) 15:26, March 3, 2016 (UTC)

I'm guessing it means silverlight, because of prior precedence with other articles, though idk what darklight is and there's nothing about it on the wiki. Spells like Weaken are actually a compelling argument for adding NPC stats to the infobox... but it's already quite cluttered and that isn't going to mean much for a lot of readers. I guess it could be provided in drop-down with max hits automatically calculated under various spells but again the max hit calculators we have are slightly off. Actually... I think it's safe to say at least 90% of the "max hits" given for monsters are inaccurate so at the moment I'd rather delete that field. :( S (talk) 17:22, March 3, 2016 (UTC)
That makes sense. Darklight must only be a RS2+ thing then, my bad. SO could we be safe to assume that Silverlight effectively lowers stats of the demon by 25%(weakened hit is 75% of max hit)? If so, that would be good to put into the Silverlight page. As far as max hit, I think all we can do is go off what we have seen in game. So if I never see a gaurd hit a 3 on me, I would have to assume it can't hit a 3(which it may be able to do). I will keep an eye out when I am training, and check max hits off what I actually see, and update these pages if they are incorrect.RSC King Kristof (talk) 11:23, March 4, 2016 (UTC)
