Gasmask is an item obtained during the Plague City quest. Alrena rubs Dwellberries on it to further help protect player from the virus in West Ardougne.
While a player may not enter West Ardougne without a gasmask. Once inside they may take off their mask freely and without consequence.
If a player loses their gasmask another one may be obtained by searching the cupboard near Alrena.
