Walkthrough

Beginning the quest

1. This quest is started by talking to Gertrude in her house located west of Varrock.
2. She will tell you that her cat, Fluffs, has gone missing and asks you to speak to either one of her sons, Shilop and Wilough, located in the center of Varrock, to see if they know where she might be.
3. Before you go to the center of Varrock, take a doogle leaf from behind Gertrude's house.

Finding the cat

1. In the middle of Varrock are two of Gertrude's children, Shilop and Wilough. Speak to either one of them and ask about Fluffs.
2. He will say Fluffs followed him to his secret hiding place and if you pay him 100gp he will tell you where that is. You must pay him the money before you can go to the Lumber Mill.

4. With your raw sardine and doogle leaves, proceed to the lumber mill, located north-east of Varrock, east of the Jolly Boar Inn.
5. Go to the east side of the Lumber Mill. Search the low fence to enter.

6. Climb up both sets of ladders attached to the buildings, and you will see Fluffs.
7. If you try to pick her up, she will scratch you for 1-2 damage, and a message will say she is thirsty.
8. Give her the bucket of milk. Try to pick her up again, and another message will say she is hungry.
9. Use your doogle leaves on the raw sardine, then give the seasoned sardine to Fluffs.
10. She meows and you will hear kittens meowing in the distance.

11. Go back down both ladders so that you are on the ground level. Now go outside search all the crates and barrels in the area until you find kittens. This is random for everyone, so just keep searching new crates and barrels, and make sure you don't miss any.
12. Return to Fluffs and use the kittens on her. They will now run home.
13. Return to Gertrude's house to claim your reward.
