The Gianne badge is presumably a reward given to the player by Gianne after completing her chef-related tasks for the Gnome Restaurant.
There is currently controversy as to whether or not the item can actually be obtained, as many players report not receiving it even after many hours of trying. The badge does not appear in either RuneScape 2 or RuneScape 3 and was likely never in RuneScape Classic. However, an item in those games known as the gnome scarf is a rare yet possible reward from the minigame when it was reworked on 7 August 2006, over two years after RS2 was released. The Gianne badge may have intended to be similar in RSC, but is perhaps incomplete, glitched, or has an especially high rarity.
