Grew is an ogre that asks the player to find his enemy Gorad during the Watchtower quest. Once Gorad's found, the player is to knock out one of his teeth and return it to Grew. Once the tooth is returned, Grew will provide an Ogre relic part. His combat stats are the same as that of the weaker version of Ogre guards.
