A Half full wine jug is a discontinued item. It was originally obtained when taking a gulp of a jug of wine, this would result in a half full wine jug. Taking a second gulp would result in a empty jug.
In an undocumented change (possibly 11 June 2001 Cooking update) Jagex changed the jug of wine so that it would be empty only after taking one gulp. However, the item still existed as an item spawn in the Chaos Temple guarded by Monks of Zamorak. until the release of Members on 27 Feb 2002 when it was replaced by Wine of Zamorak, thus becoming fully discontinued. Half full wine jug was the 9th discontinued item after Pumpkin, Christmas cracker and 6 Party Hats.
