The hangover cure is given to Bravek during the Plague City quest in order to clear his head and get him to provide the warrant. The recipe is badly described in the scruffy note which Bravek provides: a bucket of milk, mixed with a chocolate bar ground with a pestle and mortar (creating chocolaty milk), mixed with snape grass.
Although the item can be done anytime, any cures made after giving the cure to Bravek are simply useless items.
Making hangover cure gives no Cooking or Herblaw experience and unlike the Chocolaty milk, the cure cannot be drunk by the player.
