The Head mourner is a non-player character who leads the mourners of West Ardougne. During the Plague City quest, players may talk to him to try and gain permission to enter the plague house that holds Elena. He will refuse. Players, however, are not required to talk to him and instead can simply talk to Bravek for permission.
