Holgart is a non-player character involved in the Sea Slug quest and located in East Ardougne. In the quest, the player must repair his Damaged Rowboat so that it can be used to reach the Fishing Platform. This can be done by giving him swamp paste. He later takes Kent, Kennith, and the player back to Caroline and dry land.
