Imps are a type of low-level monster with the appearance of a small, red demon. They are unique in that they can be found wandering long distances over RuneScape Classic. They also drop the beads needed for the Imp Catcher quest. They are not usually killed except by those looking to complete the quest or obtain a chef's hat to access the Cooking Guild.

Locations

These locations are approximate and are areas that imps tend to be frequently found. Imps can generally wander further from their respawn points than other non-player characters.

• Near the Al Kharid mine (1 spawn)
• Draynor Village - Near the cert exchange stalls (1 spawn)
• Edgeville:
  • Around town and sometimes the forest to the east (1 spawn)
  • Around the forest south of town (1 spawn)
  • West of town near Oziach's house (1 spawn)
• Falador:
  • Just south of the east bank (1 spawn)
  • Behind the jewelry shop, southeast corner (1 spawn)
  • South of town near the farm
• Around Karamja volcano
• Lumbridge:
  • Castle and courtyard (1 spawn)
  • Cabbage patch, sheep pen, and furnace area (1 spawn)
  • Near the north Lumbridge potato field (1 spawn)
• Varrock:
  • Between Varrock and the Jolly Boar Inn (2 spawns)
  • Southeast corner, near the door of the house containing logs (1 spawn)
  • Southwest corner, inside the yard with the anvil house (1 spawn)
  • Varrock Palace:
    • Exterior, ground floor
