The Iron scimitar is the second weakest scimitar in RuneScape Classic, after the bronze scimitar. It can be obtained by smithing 2 iron bars on an anvil at level 20 smithing, yielding 50 smithing experience, or can be bought from Zeke's Superior Scimitars in Al Kharid for 112gp. It can also be bought from other players through trade.

Trivia

• In Classic every weapon attacks at the same speed, meaning scimitars are not noted to be particularly useful. However in RuneScape 2 weapons attack speed vary, and all scimitar's have a high attack speed which make them notably useful.
