Kaqemeex is a druid in the stone circle north of Taverley. The player must talk to him in order to start the Druidic Ritual Quest.
At the end of the quest he teaches the player the basics of the herblaw skill. He is the only NPC who grants the player access to an entire skill in return for completing a quest.
