Klarense is a sailor on the Port Sarim docks. He is the owner of the damaged ship, the Lumbridge Lady, and sells it to the player for 2000 coins during the Dragon Slayer quest. If the player inquires about his boat before this stage of the quest he will tell them that the ship is not yet seaworthy.
