A lit arrow is a quest item used in the Underground Pass quest. The arrow is created by using a damp cloth obtained from Koftik on any tier arrow, and then lighting the resulting arrow on the fire near Koftik within the dungeon. In the quest, they are used to break an old bridge and eventually cross to the other side.
Messages[]
Players who attempt to use the arrow on the bridge without a bow will get the following message:
- "first you'll need a bow"
Players who shot their arrow and miss will get the following messages:
- "you fire your arrow at the rope supporting the bridge
- the arrow just misses the rope"
Players who shot and their arrow and hit their mark will get the following messages:
- "you fire your arrow at the rope supporting the bridge
- the arrow impales the wooden bridge, just below the rope support
- the rope catches alight and begins to burn
- the bridge swings down creating a walkway
- you rush across the bridge"
Trivia[]
- Lit arrows stack in the inventory regardless of whichever tier the arrow was originally.
- The fire next to Kotif is special in that it is the only one that can be used to create lit arrows.
