Milli Rehnison is a NPC featured in the Plague City quest. She lives in West Ardougne. During the quest, she directs the player to an abandoned house containing the imprisoned Elena in the south-eastern corner of West Ardougne.
Her parents are Martha and Ted Rehnison, and her brother is Billy Rehnison.
