The Nazastarool Zombie is a monster which must be killed in Rashiliyia's Tomb in order to complete the Shilo Village quest. If its opponent leaves combat, its Hits will restore completely. For this reason, food is not an option, and it is recommended to use the Paralyze Monster Prayer during the fight.
Players need to wear the beads of the dead when initiating combat with this monster, but can switch to another necklace or amulet afterward. However, if the player fails to re-equip them prior to defeating this monster, the player will be choked and take damage. Additionally, players will also be choked if they use Magic attacks on him.
