Niles is an NPC that allows players to exchange fish for certificates or exchange certificates for fish. Niles is located at the Draynor Village market along with Giles (exchanges ore) and Miles (exchanges bars).

Niles exchanges only two different types of fish but both raw and cooked which include raw lobsters, cooked lobsters, raw swordfish and cooked swordfish. Raw shark and cooked shark can be exchanged for certificates in Catherby.

Exchanging fish for certificates is often done so that players can trade high amounts of fish fast and effectively.
