Nora T Hag is the witch featured in the Witch's House quest. She lives in a house in northern Taverley. In her diary it is revealed that she knows Professor Oddenstein from the Ernest the Chicken quest, and that he created a security system designed to keep her experiments private.
Players who are caught in her garden will be teleported to the cow pin outside the Crafting guild.
