The Obelisk of earth is a piece of scenery located in the wilderness part of the Edgeville dungeon, to the north west, and is surrounded by the dangerous demon Chronozon, level 156 black demons and poison spiders. It is the only location where the charge earth orb spell can be cast requiring level 60 Magic. When the spell is cast on the obelisk, it will turn one unpowered orb into an earth orb, giving the player 140 Magic experience. This charged orb can then be added to a battlestaff to make a battlestaff of earth, granting 112.5 Crafting experience.
