A Phoenix Crossbow is a ranged weapon that can be used at any level. It can fire both Crossbow bolts and Pearl bolts. It cannot be made using the Fletching skill. It can be obtained during and after the Shield of Arrav quest and is found in the Phoenix gang's weapons store in south east Varrock.

The Phoenix Gangs Weapons Store requires a key to access, and can only be obtained from a Phoenix Gang member. The key unlocks a door to a building in south east Varrock east of the gangs hideout. A ladder leads upstairs to the crossbows which are guarded by the Weaponsmaster[sic] .
