A Poison antidote is a potion that can be made with the herblaw skill. It requires level 48 herblaw to make and gives 108 experience. When consumed, it cures the player from poison and provides protection from future poison for a limited time.

To make a Poison antidote, first add a Irit Leaf to a vial of water , then mix in a ground unicorn horn. As with most potions, you initially make 3 doses of the potion and the doses decrease as you drink them.
