Red spiders eggs is an item primarily used in the Herblaw skill to make stat restoration potions. Players with level 22 Herblaw can mix harralander and red spiders eggs into a vial of water to make the potion and earn 62.5 experience.
They may also be given to the Apothecary in southwest Varrock, along with a limpwurt root and 5 coins in return for a special, 4-dose strength potion. Ordinarly, when a player mixes their own potions with Herblaw, the potions are only 3-dose. Prior to the release of the Herblaw skill a year later, this was the only way to acquire strength potions, and remained the only way for Free-to-play players to gather their own. As a result, red spiders eggs were quite valuable to the Player Killing community until Herblaw was released.
Red spiders eggs only come from item spawns on the ground. They cannot be obtained from killing deadly red spiders.
