Rope down into darkness is a piece of scenery in the Legends caverns. During Legend's Quest a Gujuo Potion is prepared in order to gain the courage needed to descend the rope on a Wooden Beam.
It is possible to fall while you use the rope down, resulting in the player taking damage.
This piece of scenery is unreachable after the player completed Legend's Quest. Any ropes used on the Wooden Beam will only fall into the pit. The other end of the rope at the bottom of the dungeon is called Rope Up.
